Changing Goals

FYI....if you have lost weight and want to continue to lose weight, then you have to update your weight in the "goals" section and click update. Otherwise your daily caloric intake won't change and you will not lose weight. When you lose weight, you have to eat less calories in order to keep losing. MPF won't ask if you want to change your goals until you have lost 10 pounds. But you won't get to that if you keep eating like you did when you first started. Just thought I would share this revelation.
