Was a good rugby player love the sport active all the time, then had a major injury on my groin, then Ankle gained weight motivation went really struggled to just motivate, until now.

I been tired of how lazy I have gotton in body and mind and now want to change that, I know the journey will be hard but all good things are worth it. aim is to lose the weight with cardio and Gym until I get to my ideal base weight then I am wanting to get my weight up mainly muscle to an ideal forward rugby weight.

Taking up rowing this summer to help with Cardio and Legs. then rugby starts in Autumn.
