Atkins without induction?

Can the Atkins programme be done without the induction phase as I don't think I could manage 20g carbs a day for 2 weeks but I think I could do 50g carbs if I put my mind to it

I recommend not doing Atkins, and just stick to good old fashioned healthy food and portion control along with exercise. But, if you're going to do it, do the induction phase. Might as well do it right.0

Yes. The 4 stage plan they use now covers starting at an appropriate level esp if you haven't much to lose or are vegetarian etc.

It may work better if you do the induction phase especially if you have more than say 15 lbs to lose. Eat healthy food and don't bother with their products.0
