Chicken Wraps (DELICIOUS!)
The ingredients needed for this are:
Tortillas (Wholewheat are obviously better)
Hummus (I make homemade) (2Tbsp)
Salt and pepper (To taste)
Red Chilli Flakes (To Taste)
Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon)
Oil (1Tsp)
Pickled Veggies (1 Cup)
Chicken breast (1/2)
Greek Yoghurt (1 Tbsp)
First, thinly slice the chicken and marinade it with salt, pepper, soy sauce, chill flakes and greek yoghurt.
You can get store-bought pickle but I make my own. In a large jar, I put cut carrots, green peppers, onions and cucumbers with salt, pepper and apple vinegar.
Fry the chicken in a skillet and add the veggies 1 minute before the chicken is cooked.
Then heat your tortilla and spread hummus on it and chicken on top then roll into a taco or a burrito.
For homemade hummus,
Chick peas/Garbanzo beans, boiled (1 cup)
Tahini paste (1 Tablespoon)
Salt and Pepper
Garlic (1-2 cloves)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Water (2 tbsp)
Blend everything together in a blender and voila! You have hummus...
