How do I keep track of calories burned with non-cardio?

Hello everyone. I am new to this so I was wondering how i could keep track of calories burned with weigh lifting since it does not automatically figure it for me....thanks to anyone who can help...

Hi, under the the 'cardiovascular' heading for exercise there is 'strength training' in the list. It will calculate the calories based on how long you've done the activity. How accurate this is....I don't know. Good luck!0

You can always search the "database" under the exercise menu for things like "housecleaning" or "circuit training" or whatever you may be looking for... again to the user above...who knows how accurate it is0
