NSV - In the strangest place

So I spent the afternoon in the ER today. Everything is ok for the most part. I've been having episodes of severe abdominal pain for the last week or so and it just got so bad over the weekend my husband convinced me to go to the ER. Based on my symptoms I'm thinking it's an ulcer. My husband was thinking maybe gallstones. Of course all the lab work came back negative and they sent me on my merry way and told me I need to see a GI doctor to get an endoscopy to check for an ulcer (something they don't do in the ER). Anyway...onto my NSV...
When the nurse hooked me all up she noticed my heart rate was only 57. She asked if it was normally that low, and I had no idea. She said, well you're thin and fit, so it makes sense. She called me THIN AND FIT! I almost had tears in my eyes. I looked over at my husband and we both laughed. The poor nurse didn't get it and I explained that I have been dieting and exercising, and have lost weight, but have heard someone call me "thin and fit".
Seriously, I have NEVER been referred to as thin or fit, and definitely not thin AND fit. Definitely worth the $100 ER visit copay, even if the tests all came back negative
