I've had the same tub of ice cream in my freezer for over 3 weeks. Normally it wouldn't last 3 days!

Way to go on discipline! I've got two pints of the Celebrity Apprentice flavored ice creams (one of each flavor) in my freezer. I just take out one serving size whenever I want some ice cream. Lord knows if I sit with the pint in hand my goal will be to finish the entire thing.
