Which are more accurate, the calipers or the ones you hold? I'm wondering if I shouldn't just go to a personal trainer for this. I'm not sure if Planet Fitness does this but I can always check.

Caliper is more accurate. Human error can make it off sometimes.
The electronic ones are very inaccurate. The amount of water you did/didn't drink will affect the result it gives.0 -
Well my spell checker let that one slip though. She's getting fired. It's in the subject no less.0
