30th Birthday to 31st Birthday Difference

My two best friends and I have gone out to celebrate my birthday the last two years. Some other recent birthday posters inspired me to post my own pictures. I'm not finished yet, but I feel comfortable posting my progress thus far.

At 5'7", I am right at or just under 200 lbs in the first picture, and 164 lbs in the second picture. I am down 34 lbs and up so many levels of fitness. I started my journey just after Thanksgiving 2012 with counting calories. After the New Year I started In Place of a Road Map. I began 30 Day Shred January 2013, Ripped In 30 in February 2013, Strong Lifts 5x5 in March 2013, and Couch to 5K in May 2013.

This last picture is of me and my best friends of 19 years. Hard to believe we've been laughing, crying, and just supporting each other through it all for so many years!
