Feeling down :(

I was just at the gym and weighed myself and I basically weigh the same as always even though I am doing so much :(
I take about 5 or more 1.5 hour ballet classes a week, I weight train one day a week, I hike with my dogs many times a week and eat REALLY well!
A sample day for me would be a shake for breakfast with fruit, kale, fresh pressed juice, ginger, vegan protein powder, etc. About 200 or more cals.
For lunch I often have a soup with many veggies, lentils and beans and maybe a little protein grain bread...
For dinner I have maybe tempeh with more veggies and salad.

I burn maybe 600 to 800 calories per day and consume about 1700 or so total.
I am fit, healthy and slim but want to lose the last 5 to 8 vanity pounds..measurements are more important I know but they seem to mostly remain the same too!!
I just want a little support. I know I look fine and am healthy but I am working so much harder over the last few weeks, watching eveything I eat....even measuring food! Might I just not be seeing my recent efforts yet? If so, how long does it take? Thanks :)

Should I do MORE cardio!? I feel like the amount of dancing I do is A LOT...
