I have a WW scale that measures weight, body fat, body% water%, BMI and Bone density. I get the BMI and the weight, I even get the body fat, but what is the water%? As I lose weight, the water% goes UP as the body fat% goes down.

does anyone know what all of those various items mean? where should bone density be? what is the water %? Does the water% mean I'm waterlogged on a particular day? (water retention?)

thanks,
