Sausage/Egg Muffin Cups

I made these tonight and they were DELISH! Super easy and I have my breakfast planned out for the rest of the week. Add a Nature's Own Multigrain English Muffin and voila!

Ingredients:

6 Great Value Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Patties
1/2 Carton of Great Value Liquid Egg Whites (15 Tbsp)
1/2 Carton of Great Value Liquid Eggs (15 Tbsp)

Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Break each patty in half and crumble into your muffin tin. Combine the two types of liquid egg and distribute evenly into each cup. Bake on 350 for about 20 minutes or until egg is cooked.

Serves 6 (2 muffins per serving)

Cal: 162
Fat: 9g
Protein: 17g
Carb: 2g
Sodium: 508mg

The muffin adds an additional 100 cal, 1g fat, 7g fiber, 24g carb, 5g protein and 250mg sodium
