New to MFP, need friends! :)

Hello all!
I am new to MFP and heard that to succeed you need supportive and encouraging friends. So, wanna be friends? :)
I am 22 years old, married almost a year, am a nanny, and have slowly been gaining weight over the past 3 years.
I try my best to eat clean foods and only unrefined grains. I love fresh veggies and cooking! I bake all my bread fresh and do not eat or prepare much of anything out of a can or box unless its an emergency.
I have about 10 pounds I want to lose before I can start toning up and building. These last ten pounds are the hardest and I just can't seem to keep them off, and I am slowly gaining instead of losing. :( Need support!

    first suggestion:

    Buy a measure tape...... and incorporate biweekly measurments...the scale can be misleading.

    Second suggestion:

    I peeked at your diary. I would increase the green leafy veggies Spinach, arugula, etc.....and lose the SPLENDA/sweeteners.

    I have a bad sweet tooth also, but now I don't even want them. Don't feed the sweet tooth! lol

    What are you doing for exercise?
