mixed Green salad dressing on the side. Or Pasta with tomato sauce and only eat half of it.0

I'd try to order grilled chicken sandwich or a salad w/grilled chicken w/a vinegarette dressing...be sure to avoid anything in a cream sauce too...have fun!0

Thanks....My problem is going to be to eat only 1/2. We will see how it goes!! Thanks again.0
-
Whole wheat spaghetti with bolognese sauce...no bread.0

ask for a to-go right away (or take your own reusable container) and pack 1/2 away before you even start eating.0

Considering you've posted nothing about what your goals are or what kind of diet/exercise plan you have going, I can't even begin to offer any sort of meaningful suggestions.0
-
OR get grilled Fish, wish no sauce or butter.0

Just wanting some healthy options when eating out. You don't need to know my diet or exercise plan. Thanks everyone else for your ideas and support! Lunch was GREAT!!0
