How long does it usually take to see a difference in weight? No matter what I do, I just can't seem to budge the scale. I ate the recommended amount for a couple weeks and saw no difference. I'm really into veggies. I don't eat processed sugars unless they're offered to me. I made up for all the calories I lost while working out... I just...don't get it. I left for a week because I had a high stress exam, and I didn't gain any weight, despite eating 2000 calories a day. I need to know that something does happen eventually. My body is just acting really odd.
