Someone just passed down their P90x to me(DVDs and booklets)

Do I need a resistance band or anything else?

More importantly

I'm moving to a 3rd floor apartment this week, is it activity that will bother my new neighbors before they even give me a chance? haha

I use a pull up bar, a resistance band, 8 lb weights and a yoga mat. You don't need to have both the resistance band and the weights, you can get by with just one or the other and you don't need the yoga mat when you're first starting out but you will want to get one eventually. The pull up bar is pretty much a must unless you want to substitute a resistance band, you could do that.

I live on the second floor of an apartment complex and I have hardwood floors. I bought an area rug for the living room and that has helped a ton. So I put the yoga mat on top of the area run and then do my workouts pretty much during the day but I can get away with doing them in the middle of the night if I'm real careful. You can even do jumping jacks if you land on your toe instead of your entire foot. I also don't wear shoes if I'm working out late at night, and that helps with the noise.

I hope that this helps you and if you have any other questions about P90X feel free to ask me.

Why thank you love! I'm gonna have to at least get a band then, I won't make him drive his all the way to me(an hour drive)

I have carpet so I believe I'll try without the mat first.
    Hopefully I won't slip in sock (:
I do have very sensitive feet so I just may have to wear shoes.
My schedule is overnight so I'll always be doing during the day.

most apartment complexes allow for a certain amount of noise during the day so you should be fine. If you do a workout and you think that you're causing too much noise then you could go and ask you neighbor what time of the day would be best for them and that would solve your problem. I hope that you enjoy your P90X.

I just got done with a workout myself and it's 2 am lol
