Hi all I am 49 and since I hit 40 my weight has been up and down 2 stone..until last year when stress financial problems and illness saw me add 3 stone ....since then I have tried to diet...all sort of diets and only ended up putting a little more on each time!!! In 2011 my most successful diet ever was very low carb ...I lost 2 stone easily but then when problems hit I was eating the high protein high fats with industrial quantities of choc and wham fattest ever!!! I am so fed up so have joined here to motivate me to keep going...over the last 18 months I have only lasted a max of 2 weeks on any diet before binging so 32lbs to lose as of today...please help..any advice or hints willingly accepted....I eat huge amounts and don't like salad veg or fruit!!!! Trying to reduce portion size is the hardest thing for me...and I always feel hungry no matter how much I stuff away. Oh and I am a couch potato the thought of exercise brings me out in a sweat
