Gym workout Plans

Hi

Can anyone suggest any good online workout plans that I can take with me to the gym to up my training?

Have been trying to exercise by myself (usually in a week I try to swim 3 days a week for 45 mins and go to the gym 3 days a week) but have gone from having basically zero fitness levels initially and would now like to have some direction/something to push for in my workouts.
I dont feel confident enough to go to a personal trainer (I know thats their job but still at a stage of feeling ridiculous working out in front of people!) and was hoping I could find something online that would really inspire and drive me but no luck so far.

Any suggestions would be really welcome
