Week One Success

Today was my first weigh in this time around on MFP and the first time in a year that I have completed a whole week of counting without falling off the wagon and I'm 2.6lbs down! I can't do a low 1200 calories a day so I'm doing 1400 and I know I'm going to lose a little slower but I am completely okay with that. Can't wait to see what next week brings. Time to get go make breakfast and hit the gym!
