Taking the plunge

Hello, My name is Helen and I am not healthy in any way, shape or form!
I have always been blessed with a high metabolism which, combined with a general dislike of sweet things apart from the occasional chocolate binge, has always kept me fairly skinny despite being a weak as a ... very weak thing.
However, having gone from a job as a dog walker to one in a mail order contact centre, I'm beginning to see a big difference in my body shape. So now I have taken the plunge and joined a gym and I am going to start out on an almost-diet by just paying closer attention to what I'm eating with the use of the My Fitness Pal app.
Hopefully I will be able to stick at this otherwise I have just spent a small fortune on this gym!!
