Am I counting incorrectly?

Hi, I'm 19, male, 6ft, 86kg, 12% bodyfat at the moment. Also a beginner on this site.

Being a dancer/acrobat, I know that to feel good and able to train without being tired or groggy I would need around 1700 calories.

BUT! (wait for it..) whenever I seem to input my meals I struggle to make 1700 calories, but feel fine and have been training okay. I make sure to get the servings and measurements correct too. Am I doing something wrong?

If not, any tips you could share to make sure everything is spot on for the day?
