is pellegrino considered water??

or is it considered soda because of the carbonation? theres not fat or cals in it so is it considered water???? just curious.

With all the minerals in it, it sounds like it might act more like a soda to your body. In other words, you might have to drink more water to counteract the water-retaining effects of the pellegrino.0

I'd count it as water. I drink carbonated water everyday and add it to my water count. I never have problems with water retention when drinking this water and I don't drink extra water. Some carbonated water contains a small amount of sodium, so make sure you're counting it towards your daily sodium intake.0
