A Question for the Ladies!

Hi ladies!
I just started MFP less than a week ago and I noticed that my period is late. I've heard (or at least I remember hearing) something about changing your diet can influence your monthly cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you!

Yes, most definitely. Before I went on the pill, mine was affected by everything I did, even whether or not I had a bad week. A diet change can definitely have an effect. As long as it's not significantly late (say, more than two weeks) and you're not having any unusual pain, there's nothing to worry about. It will even out on its own.0

It's just a couple of days late. I thought I had heard that! Thanks so much!0

Exercise and diet can affect your cycle. I've had this happen many times each time i changed something. Hope that helps. Provided you have no other reason to believe it was late
I would say that it is most likely your healthy lifestyle change and your cycle trying to regulate itself.
