    Hi, I am getting back into myfitnesspal. I have lost 3 pounds since last week. I saw that you wanted the support and encouragment. Just hang in there and remember..."A MOMENT ON THE LIPS, FOREVER ON THE HIPS." That's what my mom always told me. :smile:
