Hello I need some fellow vegetarians to give me some diet tips. Can vegetarians even DO low carb? I mean what am I supposed to eat? I live in Spain so getting hold of meat substitute food is pretty hard for me. My diet is very clean but very limited!
I live on Veggies, cheese, and CARBS!
im 5ft 3 and 125 lbs, I want to lose 10lbs! All my friends who do low carb live on Tuna and turkey slices! Whats a vegetarians alternative ?

Ive been vegetarian for 10 years, and have been doing low carb since Feb. It does take planning, but its not that hard. Having limited access to faux meat products will make it slightly harder. Can you get tofu, or order a carb-free protein powder? Make sure you eat lots of veggies, especially dark, leafy greens, nuts, soymilks, eggs (if you do them), cheese. Add coconut oil or butter to your coffee in the morning for "bulletproof coffee". Im not sure how low carb you plan on doing, but Im doing keto, which usually gives you an allowance of 20 g a day, but I allow myself 30 since most of my protein sources do contain carbs. Feel free to message or add me if you have any questions!0
