I"m so aggravated! I've been exercising all week, watching what I eat for the most part and I gained 3 lbs! GRRRR. I am so grateful for my mothers day present - a package to work with a trainer - that begins Wednesday night. I'm at my all time high weight and I've been more health conscience these last two years than I have been my whole life. I'm obviously doing something wrong
I also just read a few of the success stories here and it boosted my mood in 5 minutes! When I typed the above on my home page I was almost in tears. I'm 45 and just keep getting bigger and bigger and I just can't seem to find the right motiviation to lose the weight once and for all. I have gained a little over 75 lbs since I gave birth to my first child at 24 and 50 of that was after baby #2 at 37. I just don't know why I can't seem to stay focused. I want to live a long life and I enjoy being active and outdoors so it should be a no brainer right? My brain says yes but my actions sure as heck aren't following. I really hope this trainer I'm going to knows how to snap a person like me into shape!
Happy Monday All--thank you for sharing your stories because it really is beneficial to all of us that have no willpower.
