Week 1 Down!

I'm finally doing something that I've never done and actually use this site properly! I've been logging all of my food and exercising and have lost 8.5 lbs since last week. I still have 50 that I'd like to lose, but I feel so empowered and ready to do this! I just wanted to thank everyone as this website as been such a tremendous help and I love all of the support and inspiration I've found on it. Thanks! (Also, feel free to add me!)

I have been on here a week too and have lost 6.5 pounds! It is amazing!! I know that in a few weeks the amount I will loose will decrease but I have to agree this site works!!! :happy:0

Yeah, I know that the weight will taper off, but I feel like I'm finally taking charge of my body in a healthy manner and I want to continue this lifestyle.0

Same here, officially been using this site for a week... I was doing things prior to the week so I am down a total of 15 pounds from when I decided to make my lifestyle change. But this site certainly has made it so much better! I still have 70+ to go so hopefully MFP sticks around... or I stick with it I guess.0
