YAYOG or NROL4W for a woman that won't stop running?

I want to start adding strength training as a regular part of my workout regimen. Right now I run 5 days a week and I do a lot of yoga, pilates, and dance during the week as well with one real rest day a week.
Through improved eating habbits and regular excercise I managed to lose the extra weight I've been carrying since my daughter was born 3 years ago, but I'm still not happy with the way I look and realize that strength training is my missing piece.
So I've been reading through both the New Rules of Lifting for Women and You Are Your Own Gym and I'm finding it difficult to choose a program. First of all, are there advantages to doing one program over the other in combination with running? I know neither program recomends running, but I can't cut it out entitely for emotional and chemical reasons.
And second, I am a single mom with very limited time so, since I would have to do NROL4W at the gym, this could be an issue for fitting it in with my normal life and continued running. Since I would be able to do YAYOG at home it would be more convenient for me. But is it possible to get decent results from body weight excercises alone? I am currently at a healthy weight but would like to have a lower percentage of fat. Is this at all feasible or am I better off just cutting back on the running (4 days a week) doing 2 days of NROL4W and one complete rest day?

Body weight exercises can be extremely effective. Given your time constraints, I would go with YAYOG. I have the app and while I don't specifically follow the routines they have, ( I did for a little bit) I use the enormous exercise database to pick & choose the exercises I feel suit me best. But that's only because I like tinkering, not that I think thier plans are bad.0
