How do you overcome falling off?

So I started my journey of weight loss on Jan 9th and have done pretty good until about a month ago. I have lost 33 lbs but have 49 left to go. My fall off pretty much started after a romantic weekend getaway with my man. Ever since I just do good for about a day or so and then back to bad habits.

What do you do or tell yourself to keep going? Any suggestions for that extra inward push?

    It is as easy as starting today. Start making those better choices today and keep doing it this week. Once you get back in the swgin of things, you'll be fine. You got this!
