Irritable much?

Quick background: weight loss stalled for a YEAR! Tried all kinds of diets, was doing intense Zumbathons and loving it, but the scale didn't budge. Talked to a trainer, he said, 1200 calories will do it. Lost 5 lbs in two days, gained back 2 the next few days and holding steady there for a couple days. BUT....

I haven't been taking any crap from anybody! And I am now so p***ed, that I want to lose the weight just so "they" don't have anything to make snide comments about. Grrrrrrrr!!! It's motivation!

You guys noticed any attitude changes with your diet?

    At 1200 calories, my guess is you're hangry. :flowerforyou:

    I agree with this. 1200 calories is too low.

    I didn't make a lot of changes to my diet, but I was definitely a happier and more relaxed person after I got back into my goal jeans. I just don't feel like "me" when I gain weight.
