maybe a very ridicules question but if a 45g of dry rice has 36 carb, my rice is "Rice Plus Diet basmati long grain rice "
How can I know how much carbs in a cup or a 100g of that rice after cooking?
Thanks

What I usually do is I calculate the nutrition info while it is dry then when it is cooked, I weigh the final product and determine how many ounces one serving will be.
For example if I cook 3 servings of dry rice, I will just weigh the total product and divide that by 3 and say 1 serving = x oz.0
