Hello all. so I need some feedback, I started taking control of things back in mid Feb. in the first week I lost 5pounds. I then started using MFP. I am now 90days in and I have lost a total of 26 pounds( this total includes that first 5). I am very proud of this loss, but at the same time I feel like it should be more, does anyone have any thoughts on this?
I am not by any means discouraged. I am very excited to keep working at this. any feedback about work out plans or food choices is welcome.

you are doing very well this is a marathon not a sprint. it is better to lose weight slowly rather than quickly. If you look at your average weight loss you are losing about a pound and a half a week which is excellent.
make sure you track your measurements too0 -
That means in about 13 weeks you've lost 2 lbs. per week on average, which is actually the max recommended for healthy long term loss. Weight loss slows down as you get closer to goal so don't expect to maintain that 2/week rate for the long term. Between 1 and 2 pounds a week on average is considered good, steady weight loss.0

sounds to me like you are doing great and losing at a nice pace. They like you to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week. congratulations on what you have done and keep up the great work.

I started on March 25 and have lost to date 29lbs. And I agree it does feel like it should be more, but as long as I am losing that is all that matters to me! I wish I had taken pictures of myself when I started but I have always hated pictures and couldn't make myself do it. I know my clothes are looser but other than that I can't really tell any difference! But I am 6ft tall so it will probably take more time to notice! I haven't really told anyone other than my family that I am trying to lose weight and only one person has asked me if I am losing weight. I guess if you can't tell then I am losing it all over and not from one place which I guess is good! I am like you and I will keep pushing on and keeping it up and hopefully it will start to show before long. Congrats on the 26lbs!!0
