Healthy Side options

I've been lifting for about 2 years but have never really dedicated myself to a bulk. I was always over cautious about gaining fat. I have recently decided to fully go through with it. I'm increasing my calories by 200 and shooting for between 200 and 300 grams of Protein, about 100 grams of fat, and the rest healthy carbs. I’m good and weighing and packaging my meals for the day but when it comes to dinner with my wife I’m having a hard time thinking of healthy sides. That being said I also have a hard time with fruits and vegetables. ( I know I sound like a 10 yr old) I try to get that portion in through blended smoothies that I make. SO… any ideas of healthy sides would help!

200-300g of protein is too much. You need 1g per lean lb, that's it. I'm not even sure it's healthy to eat 300g...0
