Need motivation!!

I have just started this "lifestyle change" again! lol I feel like there are days I have tons of energy but I have NO motivation to use it...if that makes sense to you. I am looking for buddies that can help motivate & encourage me. I have about 80 more pound to lose to be where I would like to be realistically. I have a larger body structure so want to initially lose the 80 before I decide if I will look "ill" if I lose more. Possibly looking for buddies that are around same weight, want to lose about the same weight or even if you just want to team up for support. I currently weigh 280...just started last week & lost 4 in the 1st week this time around. Will accept all buddy request for support =)

    I am just starting anew as well and have 80 lbs to go. Feeling tired today...not much sleep last night. :yawn: Have you ever tried 1 minute exercises? That helps me on days like this. Just decide on one exercise and do it for a minute. Then when you feel up to it, do more 1 minute exercises until you build up your resistance. I'd be happy for the support myself!
