I guess the best way to introduce myself is my profile:

I had been on a search for way to loose weight for some time. I had a small weight problem before and used the Atkins diet successfully. Once I hit 50 it didn't work for me. I now had ballooned up to over 300 lbs! I was borderline diabetic, high blood pressure, water retention, depression, male issues and back problems. I was on meds for most of these. Once I discovered my problem (and most of everyone that is overweight or has a chronic disease) was a nutrient deficiency, about a year ago, I started taking the right nutrients along with adhering to a Good Food / Bad Food List. I am off all meds, happy and have lost 65 lbs with 40 to go. I have not exercised or counted calories up to this point but just started to do both now to cross my finish line.
