I was travelling on and off for the past 2 months and I was not recording on my fitness pal. The good news is that I only gained 1-2 pounds. A record for me. However, I don't know how to get back on track. I log in and out again...feeling overwhelmed! Any help or advice on:drinker: getting back on track would be appreciated.

    I know exactly how you felt - I felt the same way, until I found fitness pal. Remember the reason's you enjoyed logging. it is empowering. It gives you the tools to get back into control.
