New on Community, ADD ME!

I've so far lost 20 lbds with the MFP App and periodic trips to the gym. I have just started to Plateau though, and would like to trick my body into losing again. Anyone with suggestions would be appreciated. I would love friends that could both advise me, and that I could help out with what I learn along the way too.:)

    Congratulations on your 20 lbs! If you haven't hit a plateau before now, then you must have been very contentious about your food, and probably more than just "periodic" trips to the gym. Feel free to add me if you like.
  • modify diet slightly? lower fat, increase protein. keep the same calories.
    use a cortisol blocker to prevent muscle loss?
    add 5 minutes of cardio to what you already do?
