First 10 days

I entered pretty much everything that I ate and printed it out to take to my Dr. for my
routine checkup. Although my calorie goals were in line I have not lost no weight yet.
My Dr. looked at the sheets and found 1 day I was under 2000 calories (instead of around
3000) and suggested I diet according to what I ate that day. So I have to minimize
take out food, canned food, processed food, because of the high Calorie, Carb, and
mainly Sodium content. I do remember I did not feel deprived that day. Well now on to
the next 10 days!
