Doing it all over again - Add me

Hey guys. I did this about a year ago with great results! Ever since I turned 25 my metabolism has gone done. I am also now at a desk job, so that doesn't help very much. I'm 189 lbs last time i checked. (Which reminds me I need to buy a scale)

I used to be at 165, but I don't know if that is practical or not. I am 6'2" so, I am not sure. I love to run, and try to run as much as possible, but due to always being busy it can be hard. But I stopped counting calories because I couldn't keep doing it. At the time I was doing a 1200 calorie diet. I am now doing a 1800 calorie diet, which I think I will lose it slower, which is good, right?

I know I am not fat, but I am definitely not fit. Plus I have this little tire around my waste which I hate looking at. It makes me sick to see it. I mean, over time I have gotten used to it, but still.

Looking for other friends who want to help and join me in a new lifestyle of eating better and getting fit. Maybe share ideas and apps you use to do this.
