I do not have much of a sweet tooth, but I really love salty snacks. Things is, when I am having my cravings, I always want to reach for the Pringles, Sun Chips or Lays. I know lightly salted peanuts, almonds and such are better choices but I get bored of those very quickly. I am sure a lot of you have some amazing suggestions for healthy salty snacks or snacks that are actually healthy but I can trick myself into thinking it's 'junk' (if that makes any sense LOL).. Any ideas would be appreciated :)

Veggie Straws. They taste like potato chips, but they are so much healthier. I like them alot.

Thanks :) I have heard of those. I'll have to give them a try when I go food shopping next :)

I second the beef jerky suggestion. Most of my cravings are salty/fatty/meaty.

Also crabsticks (14-16 calories a stick) and hardboiled eggs.

My favourite is turkey salami nuked for 2 minutes in the microwave (cover with a paper towel). About 90 calories for 3 slices and every bit as satisfying as bacon rashers.

If your snacks only need to be tasty, but not filling, grilled seaweed from Asian supermarkets.

Air popped corn sprinkled with soy sauce. I sprinkle mine with lime and coconut aminos then add salt and red pepper. BUt the taste is not for everyone.
