Roasted garbanzo beans. (I love them with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and just a bit of salt.) I cut back the oil from this recipe to about half.

I try not to snack at all, but when I do I stick to dry cereal. It might not be the best thing, but those airy little 100-calorie portion packs just whet my appetite and make me hungrier! And I don't always have access to stuff I need to keep refrigerated, like yogurt or fruit. A little cereal goes a long way with me, one cup costs about 100-130 calories, and a lot of it is fortified these days so I get an extra little shot of vitamins, iron, and calcium.0
