help--need some info/suggestions

today I am 556 short of my caloric goal, 59 short on carbs, 30 short on fats, 8 short on protein and 1300 short on sodium. However I am +13 on sugars.

I'm not hungry and don't want to eat to close to bedtime (2 hours)

is it bad if I leave my goals as they are? And if not what can I eat that will fit within those numbers but not push my sugars over?
