I ran a 10K yesterday. Last year I did the same race only weighing 35 pounds more. This time I was able to run the whole way and completed in 63 minutes. Last year I pretty much walked most of it. This year I placed 7th in my age group out of 25 or 30 people! It took me a year to lose the weight and took me a year to be able to increase my running speed. That was a good way to spend a Sunday I think! #CelebratedMySuccess!
