Hi all. Trying this again. I did myfitnesspal for about a week a few months ago then of course slacked. But now I'm back. Tried writing everything I eat down but kept losing my journal and got annoyed trying to figure out calories. Why bother when myfitnesspal will do it for you! Well I hope to lose about 15lbs, a little more would be great but 15 will get me out of the overweight column. Small steps. Here's to a new start!

Good Luck! You can do this! If you need a few supportive friends feel free to add me. My goal is 15 lbs too and I am almost a 3rd of the way there. 1 more pound. lol Small steps lead to bigger steps which equals goals.0
