200 calorie spicy mexican style personal pizza
I have been experimenting with Joseph's brand pita breads, and flat breads, this what what I made this tonight... their bread is very low calorie and high fiber. I wish I had pictures, I will probably have it again soon and I will try to post an update with pictures!
.5 Josephs flatbread- 45 calories
2 tbs tomato sauce- 40 calories (roughly)
.5 oz turkey peperoni 35 calories
.5 oz 3 pepper colby jack cheese- 50 calories
.25 oz sun dried tomatoes 20 calories
plus I added a sprinkle fresh salsa, jalapeños, and black olives (~10 calories)
comes out to about 200 calories... dress it up how ever you like, its super filling and very delicious! I paired mine with a bun-less burger topped with guacamole and salsa which was about 150 calories, and some homemade baked sweet potato chips, which was about 55 calories.
the total for this meal was 405 Calories, and it was pretty low carb and low fat... especially for pizza!
