Goal to lose 50+ lbs by Dec 2013
Hi!
I'm returning to MFP to get back on track and I could definitely use some support!
My FIRST goal is to lose 56 lbs by Dec 15, 2013. That's approximately 8 lbs a month x 7 months. (seems reasonable!)
I'm going home for Christmas. I've been away for 3 years, so it'll be awesome to surprise family and friends. I'm married and a SAHM to a 3 year old. Thankfully, I have my husbands full support, especially with my exercise goals, but we are both foodies and sweet-aholics.
I'm trying to meal plan to help me eat healthier and looking to get some consistency with my exercise.
I'm looking forward to finding people with similar goals, sharing recipes and having some much needed support!
