Here we go again.

This is one of several attempts to try and lose weight. I'm trying to focus more on good health and less on weight loss. Ultimately good health and regular exercise is the only way to really effectively lose weight. I weigh 190 something pounds. I went to the doctor about a month ago and weighed in at 198 pounds. That's what i weighed when I was about to give birth to my son four years ago. Before I got pregnant I weighed about 160, which for my height is considered overweight...but I felt comfortable at that weight. I wore size 10-12, i was curvy but not jiggly... i would love to be that size again. Now I wear L and XL shirts and size 14-16 pants. I have what you call strawberry butt.... It's like my back and butt have become one.. wtf? I use to have such a cute butt. :sad: I hope to find encouragement and motivation and possibly friends on here. If anyone is in my area I would love an exercise buddy. Good luck everyone.
