Could not have done it with this website. Period. Being some-what of a techie type the ease of use and convenient method of tracking all your meals thru the website or my iPhone was the key. It's not best at all the components but in this case the sum is greater than the whole. Enough said.

My weight-loss journey began on March 23, 2013 weighing in at 148 lbs. As of May 20, 2013 I have lost a total of 18 lbs. My current weight is 130 lbs. I am on a Low Carb diet (60 gm p/day) and run on the treadmill 3 days a week for 1 hour. I use my iphone with my Bodymedia Armband and Withings Wireless Scale along with Myfitnesspal to track my vitals and shoot for 1200 calories per day while expending 2200 calories per day.
