Had a really bad day!!!

Went over my calorie count by 500 calories...with no exercise!!!!! I've feel horrible doing this!!!! Is my entire week thrown off or can I come back?
I'll be working out twice tomorrow instead of once...will that help?

    Aww dont worry hun, It's just one day, get back on it tomorrow. You need to forget about it and don't get too worried about it, I know it seems bad, but you will be fine I'm sure. Try to make your calories even out over the rest of the week, maybe do a little more exercise if you can fit it in. Keep smiling hun, you're doing great.

    You can absolutely make a come back and 500 calories really isn't that much to be concerned about ... or come back from.
