The tape measure is your friend. Shocker!!!

So for everyone out there who hits the LB stone wall for a few weeks measure yourselves.
I only went back to look at my starting stats as there was a topic about shrinking a 22
inch thigh, I thought hmph 22 inches is small!


24-03-2011 waist was 38 inches -13 inches
21-05-2013 waist is 25 inches

29-03-2011 thighs were 29.5 inches -11.5 inches x 2
21-05-2013 thighs are 18 inches

24-03-2011 hips were 49 inches -15 inches
21-05-2013 hips are 34 inches

29-03-2011 arms were 14 inches -4 inches x 2
21-05-2013 arms are 10 inches

29-03-2011 chest was 40.5 inches -8.5 inches
21-05-2013 chest is 32 inches

21-04-2011 calf was 18 inches -4 inches x 2
21-05-2013 calf is 14 inches

24-03-2011 neck was 14.5 inches -2.5 inches
21-05-2013 neck is 12 inches

weight 22-03-2011 232lb. I had already lost some weight myself when i joined My heaviest was
18.3 stone (256lb)

weight 21-05-2013 135lb. -97lb

But My all over inch loss is not that far behind my Lb's. Total inch loss is 78inches!!!!!!

So please please... When your feeling blue and struggling compare your starting stats and
add up your inches lost. If you have not done your measurements HOPEFULLY you will go grab
your tapemeasures!!!
